Careers at Putney
Putney plans to double in 2010: double our revenues, double our team, double the number of projects, double the number of deals. To achieve our goals, in 2010 and keep doubling in 2011 and beyond, we are recruiting additional members of our management team.
We seek A players: people who drive growth, thrive on change, constantly take on new challenges and overcome impediments to achieve what others thought impossible. We seek candidates with experience and a track record of success in either veterinary, human generic or specialty pharma.
Our hiring process seeks to identify candidates who are successful performers, who build rather than maintain, who push goals ever higher as they over-achieve and who are passionate about building a better animal health company that listens to veterinarians and large practices. We seek people who want to work hard while savoring the thriving communities and natural beauty of Maine with their families.
Putney is not for everyone: standards are high, change is rapid, challenges are tough and our evaluation process to find A players who fit the defined needs of each position using methods developed by ghSMART is intense.
Putney offers competitive compensation packages commensurate with experience and position, including bonus plan and stock options, and a dynamic opportunity to grow professionally.
